The "Body & Brain: 30 Years of Body & Brain Sweepstakes" is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors, agents, and contractors of Sponsor (defined below), its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, franchisors, or business licensors, or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

"Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not.

In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes begins June 12, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

How to Enter:

• Purchase Entry: Any qualifying purchase of $1,000+ between June 1–26, 2026 = 10 entries (automatically calculated at registration)
• Referral Entry: Refer a friend who attends a class = 5 entries per qualifying referral
• Attendance Entry: Top attendance at your center June 12–26 = 3 entries
• Social Entry: Follow @bodynbrain.us and tag 2 friends on the official sweepstakes post = 1 entry per qualifying comment. Multiple comments count as multiple entries.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on June 27, 2026, and announced on June 28, 2026 at the LIVE Anniversary Event. Sponsor or Administrator will select three (3) entries for the prizes described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Potential winner will be notified by email and will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner will be selected. Failure by the potential Sweepstakes winner to respond within the required time after notification attempts may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR'S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the "Affidavit") by the date specified by Sponsor. Potential winner's guest may also be required to complete and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) prior to participation in any prize-related activities.

If potential winner or guest cannot be reached, notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner declines or cannot accept the prize, potential winner or guest fails to timely complete and return required documents, or potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate potential winner.

• Gold: Korea Meditation Tour, consisting of the program fee, accommodations, ground transportation, entrance fees, and domestic flight fees within Korea, with an approximate retail value of $5,000. Meal fees are not included and will be collected closer to the tour date (approximately $600).
• Silver: Love Heals Retreat or equivalent Sedona Retreat experience, located at Sedona Mago Retreat Center, operated by Tao Fellowship of Sedona, AZ (approximate retail value $2,000).
• Bronze: 2-night stay at Sedona Mago Retreat Center, operated by Tao Fellowship of Sedona, AZ (approximate retail value $500).

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Travel dates subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize will be awarded only if the winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Winner who is a U.S. resident is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt or use.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to:

(a) comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and

(b) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, representatives, agents, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, administering or promoting the Sweepstakes from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation or approval.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: (a) tampers with the entry process, (b) violates these Official Rules, or (c) attempts to enter multiple times using multiple identities or automated systems.

In the event of any discrepancy between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Sponsor, and Tao Fellowship ("Released Parties") are not responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions, or accommodation requests or any other circumstance beyond its control, or for inability of winner to travel in accordance with these Official Rules. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, meals, gas, parking fees, insurance, rental car insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, hotel resort fees, incidental hotel expenses, transportation, including transportation to and from airports, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize winner is responsible (at winner's expense) for ensuring that winner has valid required travel documentation (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver's license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable). Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. The Prize winner must comply with all security requirements of the Released Parties.

The Released Parties are also not responsible for: (a) lost or late entries, (b) technical or network failures, (c) unauthorized human intervention, (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to the maximum extent permitted by law, that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Released Parties, and their respective successors and assigns from and against any liability, loss, claim, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, injury, death, or damages arising out of participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize received in this Sweepstakes or the use of any photo, video, or entry; and (c) to waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, attorneys' fees, court costs, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Official Rules shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired, provided, however, that in such cases the parties oblige themselves to use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision by a new legally valid stipulation.
